LIIFT4 is a fitness program from Beachbody that is supposed to help you get “strong and lean in just 4 days a week.” All you have to do is just “Lift, HIIT, Rest, Repeat” to get the body you’ve always wanted. Well, the new Beachbody LIIFT 4 program promises to be the solution we’ve all been looking for. But does it stack up? Can we really build muscle, burn fat, and lose weight working out only 4 days a week for 8 weeks total? Is this “hit it and quit it” exercise program really the fitness breakthrough that it’s hyped up to. I don’t see why it would be risky, in regards to overtrained muscle groups. Max 30 is mostly cardio and Lift 4 is mostly weights sometimes 50/50, so I thought it would be similar to a normal exercise day for people who don’t follow the Beachbody programs. I don’t know.
